Deleting your account
There are two ways. Both lead to the same place.
You can delete your Tomurcuk account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone; your account, your answers and your messages are permanently deleted as described below.
From inside the app
- Open Tomurcuk and go to the Us tab at the bottom.
- Tap Settings and scroll down to the Account section at the very bottom.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. The app takes you to the sign-in screen.
By e-mail
If you cannot get into the app, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion" to destek@deerstudios.co from the e-mail address registered to your account. We ask for nothing else; a request coming from the registered address is enough to verify your identity. We carry out your request within 30 days at the latest, usually within a few days, and write back to you.
What is deleted

| The shared content of a paired couple: daily answers, chat, photo and voice messages, quiz answers | Kept for 30 days from the moment the link is broken, then permanently deleted. This period is so that your partner does not lose their own history all at once. |
Payments are processed by Apple or Google; the invoice records on the store side belong to that account and are not changed by our deletion. Details are in section 9 of the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice.
If you only want to sign out
To leave the app without deleting the account, Sign out on the Us tab is enough. Your data stays in place and you sign back in with the same e-mail.
